There is so much to see and do in the month of December! I wanted to share some of the fun events I have found in the Seacoast area:
Be sure to watch the movie as well (if you like silly movies), but one show I definitely had to get tickets for is Elf the Musical at the Portsmouth Music Hall. My daughter and I can't wait to laugh the night away!
Something I hadn't heard of but am excited to try is the Portsmouth Puzzling Adventures.This scavenger hunt through Portsmouth looks very interesting and teaches you about the architecture and history of everything you see.
If you have family members who need to tell Santa their final wishes, you can come to Portsmouth Green Welcomes Santa! He will also be in Dover, NH on Dec. 11th at the Children's Museum Jingle Bell Express event.
Strawberry Banke in Portsmouth offers public skating, lessons and performances of ice dancers on the duck pond. They also have lots of holiday shopping and a Candlelight Stroll.
If you want to give some personal and creative gifts this year, you can paint on glass, do calligraphy on wood, or do some fabric painting at the Seacoast ArtSpot.
Or can go to a number of Holiday Fairs and Festivals (and have someone else do the art work for you 😄).
I have seen the Boston Pops several times and have been overjoyed at every performance. It is wonderful that they are coming to SNHU!
If you want to work off some of Thanksgiving dinner, you can take a run in your goofy holiday sweater at the Jingle All the Way 5K!
