No matter what your favorite thing about living here is-there is most likely a festival for it!

For those of you who don't know me, my name is Robyn, and I am Eric's assistant. I love a good festival, and my favorite event of the summer has always been the Yarmouth Clam Festival. As I grew up in the area, Yarmouth, Maine always provided me with happy memories at the local Summer Festival. I always get a Shore Dinner from the Royal River Chorus, and a Lime Ricky from the Downeasters, and feast while listening to the barbershop songs I have grown up with.

Here is a little collage I made of my daughter and I enjoying the rides 4 years ago:

Now that I have lived in NH for over 10 years, not only do I plan for Yarmouth, but I also visit the NH Maker's Fest. At the Children's Museum of NH, this Festival is full of artistic, creative and visionary presentations of local talents. Whether you love to cook, design, paint, make music, or do science projects - this is the place for you!

Of course, the Cochecho Arts Festival and the Prescott Park Arts Festival, provide me with events all Summer long. With events daily and nightly which include, but aren’t limited to, Music, Theatre, and a Chowder Festival! Some of the performers this summer include: the Soggy Po' Boys (who I have seen several times), a showing of the movie, "Soul," (SUCH a good movie for all ages) and Footloose the musical!

Aside from those listed above, there are other New England festivals featuring tall ships, animals, beverages, flowers and so much more!

Here is a list of Festivals all over New England: New England Fairs and Festivals Country Fairs Music Festivals (visitnewengland.com). We can't wait to hear about all of your summer adventures!
