The team at AZTEC Financial Group is first and foremost committed to being your trusted guide in all things financial. However, we also live in the same community as many of our clients, and we are always on the lookout for fun things to do in the area. We’re so lucky to live in New Hampshire’s beautiful Seacoast area, where there are endless things to do and places to explore.
If you’re looking for live music, theater, festivals, fairs, and everything in between, you’re sure to find something in the greater NH Seacoast. And on a rare day where not much is going on, there are plenty of great restaurants, historic sites, and unique shops, along with mountains, lakes, rivers, and oceans for hiking, skiing, swimming, boating, or just enjoying the fresh air and stunning views.
With so many options, it can be hard to choose, especially during the warmer months, when outdoor entertainment abounds. Here are a few upcoming events in the NH Seacoast area that you won’t want to miss.
Each year, the Prescott Park Arts Festival puts on a 10-week series of family-friendly arts and entertainment, including music concerts, movies, theater, dance, and more. A couple of upcoming events that are part of this series include:
Monday Night Movie Series, Portsmouth, NH
Offerings include a mix of classic and newer movies, with family-friendly movie snacks and drinks available at The Prop. Movies begin at dusk, and suggested donations are $5.
Stephanie Paolini of 3 Bridges Yoga holds early morning flow yoga at 7:30 am with a suggested $10 donation. Reservations are suggested and classes are dependent upon the weather.
The River House Restaurant Concert Series Prescott Park, Portsmouth, NH
If you’ve never experienced live music in Prescott Park, there are plenty of shows left to attend this summer. Performers from around the world come to perform at this waterfront venue. Most shows begin at 7:00 pm, with a suggested donation of $8, and food can be preordered from Ohana Kitchen.
