Although we may not be able to schedule an Alaskan or Mediterranean Cruise at the moment, there are some local and not too far away cruises that you may be able to do!
I was lucky enough to go on the Mt. Washington cruise last weekend with my family and it was absolutely breathtaking. Here are my daughter and parents in front of the ship:
This two-hour cruise from Weirs Beach, Wolfeboro, or Alton Bay takes you across Lake Winnipesaukee. For those of you who have seen the movie What About Bob?, it will be very hard for you to keep yourself from shouting, “Ahoy! I’m a sailor now! I sail!” …while you are cruising along J
The Capitan comes over the speakers on each of the 4 decks and tells you about the mountain ranges you see all around you, the islands and some local history.
Each of the decks has seating in and out of the sun, and there is a snack center, a gift shop, a few bars, and a restaurant right on board.
I highly recommend this cruise!
